The Camou Equilateral Watch is the latest edition to Studio PAULBAUT's custom made watch collection.
The watch design is driven by simplicity and expression of a pure mathemathical form, the equilateral triangle.
The watch case is made out of 3D printed black MJF plastic PA12. The inner housing that holds the watch movement
slides into the outer shell. This revolutionary horizontal watch case assembly method, non-existing in the current horology market, was inspired
by the sliding motion of typical cabinet drawers.
This assembly method allows for a simplified case opening process compared to conventional watches.
No special watch making tools are required to open the case an replace the battery.
